Frequently asked questions
Does the customer need to download an app?
No. The card goes straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — the wallet already on their phone. That's the whole point of Loylo.
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. Loylo supports both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and the right button shows automatically when a customer joins.
Can one card be used across multiple locations?
Yes — it's one of Loylo's superpowers. The customer holds one card, and every purchase lands on the same account no matter which of your stores they visit.
What about GDPR and customer data?
Loylo is built for Norwegian and European businesses. We collect only what the loyalty club needs, the business is responsible for valid consent, and members can request access or deletion.
How do staff add stamps?
Staff open the scanner view on any phone, scan the QR on the customer's card and tap “+1 stamp”. It takes two seconds — no extra hardware.
Can I send offers and campaigns?
Yes. Starter lets you send Wallet push, triggers, geofence alerts and segment-based campaigns. On Growth and higher, you can also send email campaigns to members, use AI to draft copy, and connect your own sender domain.
What does it cost — any lock-in?
